I don't know which scares me more. The above threat or the Shaykh on the tape saying about America "We hit her the first hit and the next one will hit her with the hands of the believers, the good believers, the strong believers."”

“I find the fact that eveyone is bound up in evidentiary issues an interesting commentary on the judicialization of our society. For better or for worse, geopolitics is more about might and advantage than civil procedure. Personally, I could care less if the tape was a fake. Dude advocates the killing of American civilians. It seems highly likely that he is directly or tangentially responsible for the embassy bombings, the U.S.S. Cole incident and 9-11. The world will be a better place without him.

Also, what level of idiocy would it take for the U.S. to have faked the tape? Man, that would be a first class screwup. I don't trust government farther than I can throw it, but we should give it a little more credit than that.”
