Dobson he has “gotten on my knees and sought God’s forgiveness” for his personal moral failings in a two-part installment of Dobson’s international radio program airing Thursday and Friday. gotten on his knees? i wonder if TED HAGGARD was around????” 9:30:25 AM 3/09/07 “WOW..there it is again (LOL)......talk about bugs in the computer.....” 9:31:56 AM 3/09/07 “Newt always was a hypocrite, but let's try to remember that he just lied to us. Bill lied to us and investigators (hmmm... the exact same thing Scooter Libby did but I never saw Bubba threatened with jail time). That said I'd never vote (and never did, although Newt was never on my ballot) for either of them.” 11:36:36 AM 3/09/07 “Gingrich did not lead the effort to impreach the President. He was critized by Republicans for not taking an active role in the impeachment process. We later found out why. Revisionist history is not going to work this time. I am old enough to remember the facts.” 11:42:08 AM 3/09/07 “so am I, but I'm also on the edge of not remembering why I walked into this room:)” 12:09:54 PM 3/09/07 “Bison..Bill lied to a GOVERNMENT GRAND JURY. He lied to obstruct an investigation into his actions. One of the primary things an officer of the executive branch has to depend on is their credibility. If you get a police officer who is giving testimony THEY almost always have veracity over the suspect BECAUSE of their position. If the Officer is found to be a pathological liar or is determined to have committed similar acts it destroys his credibility with the court. So in essence Bill lying about hooking up with a pie faced intern in the Oval Office is no different than say you being stopped by the police, an officer arrests you and then in the course of the arrest he beats the crap out of you. In court his testimony (in the absence of any other evidence) will be considered with more veracity. But if you discover before the trail that..say he is showing behaviors, you would want to be able to use this to cast doubt on his case. This is excatly want a certain RAPE victim wanted to show.” 2:09:15 PM 3/09/07 “awwww, shucks....i guess the gnat bothered ol xlax enough for him to post a rambling reply with LOTS OF CAPLOCK SHOUTING after all. yeah, funny how ken starr couldn't get any of the bs whitewater charges to stick so newt and the hypocrites had him shift over to moral outrage mode.....course we all know the family values bunch never stoop to oral sex. unless its with the illegal alien hired help! LOL” 3:04:16 PM 3/09/07 “Vile got his panties in a wad again?” 4:14:22 PM 3/09/07 “the party of family values and law & order? at least they have a sense of irony. a partial list of misdeeds: March 27, 2007: Ronald Reagan's budget director, David Stockman, "indicted on charges of defrauding investors and banks of $1.6 billion while chairman of Collins & Aikman Corp., an auto parts maker that collapsed days after he quit" March 27, 2007: Criminal charges filed against Pennsylvania State Senator Robert Regola (R-Hempfield) in connection with the death of a teenage neighbor who was shot with the senator's gun; he is accused of three counts of perjury, allowing possession of a firearm by a minor, recklessly endangering another person and false swearing March 23, 2007: Former Deputy Interior Secretary J. LOLOLOL VBG ;)” 5:16:52 PM 3/29/07 “would you claim that there are politicians from a major political party that aren't hypocrites? if you have found political nirvana somewhere please, by all means, share it with us cause i ain't #&%!$ing found it yet.” 5:17:17 PM 3/29/07 “Oh yea, what Bill Clinton did was way more worser then that, and things were different in World War II.” 5:18:28 PM 3/29/07 “why you cryin' boys? february was good to the GOP - first time in months there weren't a single indictment!” 5:56:09 PM 3/29/07 “Silly libby LOLOLOLOL VBG ;)” 7:07:41 PM 3/29/07 “Bill Clinton is a criminal whore mongrel. Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery. I appreciate that. I know in thier little world Libbies have very little to any acceptance of contrary facts. To find I am now a THREAT comparative to the Great Stove Stomper, or the incomparable Sarge...well (snif snif) Thank you. I would thank all the little people who made this possible...but it was more Little Minds than people. (LOL)” 7:26:28 AM 3/30/07 10:09:27 AM 3/30/07 “why is it always chickenhawk Republicans -- who seem to spend more time in prison cells for corruption than they do in the military -- who embrace war, death and killing?? meanwhile, the biggest opponents of the waste of war are either Democrats like John Kerry and John Murtha (or Republicans like Chuck Hagel) who have actually seen war and know that it's something far more serious than making big bucks for your buddies at Halliburton. these super-patriot asshats never fail to go after Democrats who oppose the disastrous war in Iraq, whether it's through challenging their patriotism and the terms of their military service or just good old-fashioned, junior-high school, calling someone "chicken" like we have today as Exhibit A from Michelle Malkin. Malkin, who, of course, has never served in the military, proudly posted on her personal web site and YouTube, a video she stars in showing her in a faux cheerleader costume, bellowing out "The Defeatocrats' Cheer." She does the old "gimme an 'L,' gimme an 'O'" routine until she spells out "loser" complete with the clucking of a chicken after each chant then showing unflattering pictures of Kerry, Murtha, Ted Kennedy, Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi with each letter of the word. uh, yeah... Kennedy did two years in the Army from 1951 through 1953. Kerry had his tour in Vietnam, for which he was awarded a Silver Star, a Bronze Star with Combat V and three Purple Hearts. Murtha served in the U.S. Marines for 37 years, is also a Vietnam combat veteran and was decorated with the Bronze Star, two Purple Hearts, the Vietnamese Cross of Gallantry and the Navy Distinguished Service Medal. those are the cowards. the chickens. how about the movers and shakers pushing the war? * George W. Bush: Went National Guard, checked the box marked "Do Not Volunteer for Overseas" on his application...then went AWOL. * Dick Cheney: "Had other priorities" like four student deferments. * Karl Rove: Avoided the draft. Many schools, no degrees. * Paul Wolfowitz: Avoided service through college deferment. * Tom DeLay: Chose to enlist in the war on cockroaches, fleas and termites as the owner of an exterminator business, rather than joining Kerry or Murtha in battling the Vietcong. * Newt Gingrich: Avoided Vietnam through college deferment. * Rudy Giuliani: Never served. * Sam Brownback: Never served. * Mitt Romney: Never served. how about some of the other GOP cheerleaders? * Ann Coulter: Never served. * Rush Limbaugh: Got out of Vietnam due to an ingrown hair on his buttocks. * Bill O'Reilly: Avoided Vietnam through college deferment. * Sean Hannity: Never served -- though he talks like he's a tough guy. so if you were in a war, with the crap about to hit the fan, who would you rather have in your foxhole: Murtha, Kerry, Kennedy and Chuck Hagel? Or Bush, Cheney, Rove and Gingrich? thought so...” 3:01:20 PM 4/26/07 “I dunno, Cheney proved himself rather handy with a scatter gun.” 3:20:38 PM 4/26/07 “XL...never served” 3:23:24 PM 4/26/07 “now that Sarge, XL, and stovie are away the universe is unbalanced, there's a swift in the force” 3:26:20 PM 4/26/07 “Actually, I think the reason a lot of the liberals like hikerboy are so sensitive and angered by the mocking from the republicans is that the republicans are largely right, and both sides know it. The Democrats never had a plan, no alternatives, no constructive criticism. From the beginning they've simply and simple-mindedly opposed everything Bush has done, including the Iraq war. They want to us to lose just so Bush looks bad. It's all about the 2000 election and Bush forcing the Dems into the political wilderness for 6 years. Is it unpatriotic to do everything they possibly can to undermine the war effort for bitter partisan revenge? Yep. Are Democrats chicken? Yep. They're the Neville Chamberlains of the modern world. last edited: 4/26/07 3:33:39 PM” 3:33:20 PM 4/26/07 “I was wondering of Dingy Harry wasn't going to make a bid for Prime Minister of France so he could be the Head Surrender Monkey.” 3:34:59 PM 4/26/07 “From the beginning they've simply and simple-mindedly opposed everything Bush has done imagine that....the opposition party actually voicing oppositon ...the reason a lot of the liberals like hikerboy are so sensitive and angered by the mocking... yes, we liberals are so sensitive, while the real men are the neocons, who have no actual experience with war, but like to play like they do. with 18-22 year olds lives.” 3:45:50 PM 4/26/07 “They want to us to lose mutt, you ignorant slut. let us know when Michelle gives you your balls back.” 3:48:09 PM 4/26/07 “There's a difference between principled and substantive opposition and ideologically empty contrarianism. I'm not surprised hikerboy can't comprehend the difference.” 3:48:19 PM 4/26/07 “silly libbies ;-)” 3:48:28 PM 4/26/07 “Good to see you, StoveStomper. Have a good evening, hikerboy.” 3:51:06 PM 4/26/07 “and i'm not the least bit suprised you can't defend the neocon chickenhawks....” 3:51:08 PM 4/26/07 “Glad you're here, Stovey; just keep it to two words:)” 3:59:11 PM 4/26/07 “From the beginning they've simply and simple-mindedly opposed everything Bush has done, including the Iraq war. Mutt 4:33:20 PM 4/26/07 I agree with some of what Mutt said. The Democrats really don't have a plan. Sometimes I think the Republicans have us on a hell bound train and the Dems are in Lawn chairs saying "ain't it a shame" and pointing out that its not their fault. On the other hand it's not true that the Dems have opposed Bush every step of the way. In fact, they rolled over and played dead for him for quite a while - gave him a blank check to negotiate the Iraq situation. As for what's happening in Iraq, with Democratic instigation a bipartisan commission came out with clear reccomendations and a plan. The Dems were ready to get behind it and a lot of Republicans were, too. What Bush responded with was a 1/2 assed surge and some minor changes peddled as a fresh start.” 4:49:13 PM 4/26/07 “Republicans are the party of bad ideas and the democrats are the party of no ideas.” 4:51:21 PM 4/26/07 “Just doin' part here. LOL!” 4:51:36 PM 4/26/07 “Lilly sibbies are back?” 12:49:54 AM 4/27/07 “so if you were in a war, with the crap about to hit the fan, who would you rather have in your foxhole: Murtha, Kerry, Kennedy and Chuck Hagel? Or Bush, Cheney, Rove and Gingrich? Um, well maybe it's just me, but I think I'd jump out of any foxhole Ted Kennedy was in.” 9:55:36 AM 4/27/07 “With Ted Kennedy you could take cover behind that enormous head.” 10:04:40 AM 4/27/07 “"Actually, I think the reason a lot of the liberals like hikerboy are so sensitive and angered by the mocking from the republicans is that the republicans are largely right, and both sides know it. The Democrats never had a plan, no alternatives, no constructive criticism." An even with all of your cited areas of supposed deficiency, the Republicans proved to be so weak that they couldn't even keep one of the two parts of Congress. You might think that the Dems are weak on a lot of things; however, their wins during the last election cycle has more to say about how corrupt and just generally #&%!$ed up the Republican party is. That's gotta hurt. last edited: 4/27/07 10:05:47 AM” 10:05:20 AM 4/27/07 “Did the Republicans lose control of the Senate and House because of the war? Or was it maybe that the Republican voters were tired of the people the sent to represent them acting like Democrats, and letting the Democrats have their way about everything and just decided to sit the 2006 elections out?” 10:12:07 AM 4/27/07 “I think it had more to do with the media. Take for example that President Bush served honorably in the Reserves, and did not go AWOL. Presendent Clinton leveraged influence from a General in the Arkansas National Guard and then renigged on his commitment to serve. The two are reported exactly opposite in the media. This happens every day on all types of issues.” 10:14:42 AM 4/27/07 “yeah. that must be it. "i'm tired of my congressman acting like a democrat, so i'll let a democrat win." definitely.” 10:16:56 AM 4/27/07 “C'mon Bacpac, you're old enough to know better. Bush was in the reserves/Nat'l Guard at a time when it was where rich people hid their kids (Vietnam) and still did not complete his obligation.” 10:18:19 AM 4/27/07 “and of course bacpac is right. the liars in the media conspired to say bush went awol and not report that clinton was a draft dodger and thats why the voters kicked them to the curb. definitely.” 10:19:57 AM 4/27/07 “With Ted Kennedy, you could also take cover behind his enormous ass. But who would want to?” 10:21:54 AM 4/27/07 “"Did the Republicans lose control of the Senate and House because of the war? Or was it maybe that the Republican voters were tired of the people the sent to represent them acting like Democrats, and letting the Democrats have their way about everything and just decided to sit the 2006 elections out?" It's that, and more. The corruption, the lack of practice of the values they supposedly represented; many things. Blaming the media for loosing the support for this war is a typical cop-out. The media was full force behind this action in the beginning, and during the first phases of the occupation. The Bush team lost the propaganda war; the first thing you do as a nation going to war is to make sure what you are doing is popular among the people (you need their "buy in"). BushCo just felt they could ride the emotion of 9/11 into the sunset of Mid-East riches with no issues. Bollocks. You want to talk about a lack of a plan? It's pretty well-documented presently just how bad this whole action unfolded. This whole thing has turned into such a cluster-phuck that its no wonder nobody can come up with a quick one. Hell, if it was so easy, how come the Republicans couldn't fix this damn thing a few years (and billions) ago? Throwing up your hands and saying "Well, yeah. But what's your plan to solve a situation we created" is absurd, and insulting to the people you try and lay this #&%!$ck on. Keep sticking your heads in the sand and pointing fingers; you'll keep driving the valuable moderates of your party over to this side of the aisle.” 10:26:25 AM 4/27/07 “Parity, both sides wrong. Another sh*t fight - nothing accomplished. Racks and shovels. Silly blabbies.” 10:28:08 AM 4/27/07 “HB, I do know of some who felt that way. What's the point, if a guy says he is a Republican, but act like a Democrat, why bother? I don't know of any Republicans that vote for the Democrat because they liked the Democrat plan for the war. Footnote: I don't think anyone knows what the Democrat plan for the war is, except to surrender and get out.” 10:29:13 AM 4/27/07 “"I don't think anyone knows what the Democrat plan for the war is, except to surrender and get out." As opposed to "Stick it out and continue to dump billions of dollars (and a few more thousands of lives) down the toilet"? Yeah, that plan sounds like it would work. Stay the course?” 10:41:36 AM 4/27/07 Jump to Page << prev
