JW BLUE
Tried it on somebody elses dime-
I'll take the black label.

Yaz... What's brown and walks through walls? LOL

But Seriously, Folks...

Although I've taken along a can or two of Guinness or Murphy's Stout on occasion, more often than not, it's a small plastic flask of VSOP cognac and a slightly larger one with some half-decent port. That vintage port just doesn't like being bounced around, LOL

I haven't had a problem with either one freezing and the cognac goes REALLY well with the chocolate truffles in cooler weather.

Buddur can come with me. You are going on the MT TT hike aren't you?

I usually bring Walkers Deluxe or Jim Beam for bourbon. Also like some 100 proof Vodka with Crystal Lite. We have brought Evervlear at times too.

No, not all at once!!!! Sheesh.

Is it unexceptable to have White Russians on the trail? Also, I think Buddur makes a good point.

white russians are excellent.

i freeze the whole concoction, in a nalgene. by the time i reach camp, that night, it is still cool. (or still frozen, in winter.)

Okay, all of the above, LOL!

There's Just One Problem with the Port & Cognac combination... You take a sip of port and it's a little sweet, so you chase it with a sip of cognac. The cognac is a little strong, so you chase it with sip of port...

Repeat as necessary.
