“Speaking of Pick-Up lines...I went into a local store yesterday to ask a girl to a party tonight. It was soooo busy there that I never even got the chance. I don't even know her, so how do I even get her attention without asking her out? Anywho, I think today I'm gonna go there and either 1) purchase an item then return it (she works in Customer Service), or 2) spend $20 and purchase a Pat Catan card from her counter...all so I can get up close to talk to her.

The party is at Shambo's just down the road from my house and is a Solstice/EndOfYear/SongVsSong night with bands and whatnot. Everyone's also to bring a can of food to be donated to the North American Indian Cultural Center. Anywho, I wonder if this is a place to take her, if she'll go out with me in the first place?

Maybe I'll just see if she'll like to take the dog for a walk tommorrow afternoon. I don't know what to do! Any suggestions/recommendtions from you ladies? Should I tell her I purchased something or am buying one of their discount cards just so I could talk to her?”
