Favorite things other then backpacking.

“Well lets see when I am not backpacking or hiking I like playing disc golf,going to blackhawk games,watching hockey on tv,playing drums,watching cartoons,being with my friends,drinking,going after girls,working on my yard and house,posting messages on TT.....So what does everyone else like to do when they are not hiking or backpacking?

“Track, XC, eagle work, Devils Hocky, Giants, Yankees, Rainbow six online gaming, Reading fine lititure, TTing, Graphic desgn stuff, I train for the looge on my couch (LOL), Academic stuff, plotting my campain for Presidency in 2021, Politics, watching my stocks, caring for my fish tank, caring for my cats, and watch TV (simpsons, Signfield, Friends, Boston public, Hannity and Colms, Oriely Factor, Family guy, X files) and some ther stuff.

“My favorite thing to do outdoors is actually skiing (downhill, not cross country)...followed by backpacking and camping. If I ever tried SCUBA diving, I think I would be hooked.”

“I enjoy reading, catching the occaisional movie, shooting hoop, strumming my geetar (poorly), and hanging out with my wife.

Things that take up too much time are work and yard & home maintenance.

“Used book shops, art museums, arboretums and botanical gardens, poetry, sailboat harbors (can't afford the sailboat yet), and ethnic restaurants -- all shared with my best friend/wife, Reino, my Finlander princess.”

I enjoy the outdoors and live everyday to the fullest. Even though some days are spent at work and others are spent on the honey-do list, I try to make the most of each day!

I got scuba lessons from the in-laws for x-mas and I can't wait to try that next.”

“Other hobbies would be weightlifting and barefoot waterskiing. Too hot to backpack most of the time in Fla. So I like going out on the boat on the weekends.”

“Playing with my dogs, reading, playing with my 2 year old nephew, hanging out with my family. Mountain biking (too bad I live in Kansas) is also pretty fun, and in the summer the lake, skiing, swimming, drinking, jet-skiing, and when I can, I like to play softball.”

Drinking beer and triing to pick up women takes up some of my time. Sleeping takes some of my time. Dreaming about were im going backpacking next is what i think about all the time. so I have to say if im not backpacking im dreaming about so backpacking takes all of my time”
