India and Pakistan

“Things don't look so healthy over in their neck of the woods.

“India has bought arms from Russia and the old USSR for years. India's nuclear program has benefitted from the joint nuclear weapons program of South africa and Israel. Pakistan has bought it's weapons from China and the USA. Unfortunately, Canada helped Pakistan into the nuclear age by supplying them with their first nuclear reactors for energy production only and they in turn have made them into breeders for weapons grade materials.

If the we end up guarding the Afghanistan border so Pakistani troops can be free to fight a war with India, this make's us defacto allies of Pakistan....what strange bed fellows we make! We will be allied TO a country which supported the Taliban until Sep. 11th and continues to support a terrorist campaign against India. So I guess that we are supporting terrorists - How ironic!”
