“I don't want to leave anyone out who might be looking for a hike this weekend. TownDawg, UpRocks, Radagast, HumanPackMule, a friend of his, two friends of mine, and possibly one or two more folks (just possibilities, no firm committments) are gonna do about 28 miles starting this Friday.

Get yourself to Amicola (I don't know how to spell it) State Park early afternoon on Friday (or my house by 6am) and get yourself either up the approach trail or up the FS42 to meet us that night.

HPM says he is only going to Black Gap, but I may push on to Springer. Radagast seems to think we need to push Saturday hard, so we will prolly go all the way to Devils Kitchen on Saturday.

Sunday is a stroll in the park by comparison, coming out at Woody Gap about 3pm Sunday. (Steve/Cindy have promised to shuttle us back in their van).

We will have extra food, and I am sure we will all have exra equipment -- but if you are going, email one of us so we can plan for y'all.
