“Hey, anyone else catch the official lime green jello Olympic pin on P.22 of Febs. Outside Mag.?

Evidently, Utah "consumes" more of the stuff than any other state. At least that's the official story.

BTW, Matt has to have a mole at Outside to get that little gem in. Oh, and we finally can say that lime green jello is "backpacking related." If it's in Outside...”

“Utah was dethroned by Iowa a couple years ago as jello consumers but I think they got it back last year. Apparently a lot of church functions around here serve jello as a dish. But it's not just jello, it's jello with sliced carrots. Or jello with small marshmallows and shaved coconut. Nothing more appetizing than objects suspended within your food. Fry sauce (ketchup mixed with mayonnaise) is also a local delectible that has its own olympic pin.”
