So, when is Stanford going to lose?

Hey Dunadan, I think you mean St. Joes. It seems they did barely squeak out a win this weekend. They may be the biggest question mark in the tournament.

Top 25 losers this weekend were Pitt and Memphis (sorry Chili).”

Stanford is going to make history by being the first #1 seed to lose in the first round. That is, if they don't lose to Washington first. With one loss, they will do better in the tournament.
BTW, Josh Childress was a hair's width away from coming to KU.”

“Bama is coming on strong. They've won 3 in a row and have 2 remaining. We have to play at Fayetteville on Wed and then against Miss State at T-town on Sat. If we can split these games then I feel we're in the tourney. That would put us in the top 25 rpi and have the #1 rated strength of schedule. The record ain't pretty, but we'll get in.”

“Memphis couldn't quite get it done against Louisville. Of course, I don't many teams that can when they give up the ball that many times.

Hate to look ahead, but word is that the game vs. Washington may be the toughest thus far. UW is hot, and the game is there. Sure wish Dun would stop saying all this stuff about losing in the first round....
