I spent 13 of my 30 years at the alter of the Cotton God.

I have massive sources for this kind of stuff. Heck I used to own a company that did this.

Polypro will be difficult to print, you also drive up the cost exponentially when you deviate from cotton and 50/50 blends. Iron ons and heat transfers will not last especially if y'all wear them a lot. The only route is direct print.

Roseymonster's suggestion would look sharp but would be a more expensive option due to the fact that it would be a 3 color (2 white screens and one orange) design on a dark substrate and that will require what is known as flashing (heat cure between colors) to ensure a clean print.”
