Death of a TT Member

“I have just been passed some unsettling news...It has come to my attention that Skully has lost her heart and soul, "Scooby Doo". Details were not forthcoming, but I am sure that it is a very trying time for Skully now....God Bless you Skully in the days following your loss...I too will miss Scooby.”

Apparently at some time someone, likely one of the neighborhood kids or one of my son's friends, knocked down the fence near the gate. They put it back up and wrapped it back around the post but the fasteners were gone and it wasn't attached to the post at all although it looked like it was. I have no idea how long it was like that, I never found this until after Scooby did. A friend found her in the road in front of the house immediately after it happened. She was too badly injured to save her. She will be buried on their farm in their pet cemetary right next to one of her playmates who died recently. She is already very much missed.”

“A dog will be your best friend through the good times and bad. They don't care if you have bad breath or your hair's a mess. They will stick their wet nose in your face and lick you and drop a ball in your lap and want to play even when you're in a bad mood. Sorry to hear about your loss skully. Losing a pet is like losing a family member.”

“my dog was hit a couple years ago. i know exactly how you feel. my house felt so empty after my Blaze got hit. no one to say hi to when i came home. i think that was the worst part for me. things will work out to be ok, though.”
