Meadow Creek Fire Tower

“The Meadow Creek Fire Tower has been vandalized again and a lot of the Plexiglas windows have been knocked out. The Forest service is going to provide most of the materials and the Hiking Club has volunteered to replace the windows.

If you'd like to help, come to Hardee's on the Asheville Highway at 11:00 a.m. this Saturday, January 19. For more information, call J.C. Hensley at 639-2806.”
