James "Buster" Douglas was a 42-1 longshot going into the ring, but shocked the world when he knocked out undefeated Mike Tyson in the 10th round to win the heavyweight title in Tokyo.

He lost his title defense 8 1/2 months later when he was knocked out by Evander Holyfield in the third round, however, his defeat of Tyson is known as the biggest upset in boxing history.
