Yesterday on the way to the ski slopes it was -10, now back in the Sacramento area where snow fell on Monday the temp is in the upper 30's

It was -10 when I got to work at 8. It is 11:30 now and 13, but w/ windchill it is up to a balmy -3. How much snow do you have in ol' Cody, Chief?

I love this part of winter in the Detroit area... SNOW DAYS!! (well, technically, ICE DAYS!!).

Got a call from the boss this morning. The office is closed, work from home! yippee.

Problem is - the ice storm they are predicting will probably kill the power. Guess that means I can't actually work from home. Boo Hoo

Pathman, in high school (back in MN), we did have keggers when it was below zero. You had to keep the hose over the fire to keep from freezing. Never burnt up any hoses either.
