Your favorite feeling while backpacking?

“I don't know what the term is for "those" moments...It's almost as if time slows for a split second...and you realize that this is your life...and that this is a moment that you'll never forget..and it makes you feel sentimental even though your still in the moment...It makes you feel strange about the world and the order of things, but at the same time you relish life and all its offerings.”

“I am very glad to see that all of you tt'ers have told me what your favoret feelings are while backpacking.For me backpacking is like my life is free and 100% happy each time I get to go.It is so cool each time I go and you see something diffrent and new.Like I backpack all year so it's like from spring to winter each time I take pictures it's then and now pictures.I think people that backpack need to see what each season looks like.To me the simplest things in life are the best ones.Like when I get to see a cool looking tree or a nice waterfall or a neat cave or a nice view.I think to many people have built to big a buffer in there life and don't know what the other part of the earth looks like.I think it is cool sometimes when you take someone who has never gone backpacking and in less of a mile they are a treehugger.Now to me that is also cool.
