“I bought my Kelty Pack from backcountry.com. I searched the web for weeks and found them to have the best price on that particular pack. Plus, they don't charge shipping. It took a couple of weeks to get it but that was around Christmas. Check out campmor.com also.”

“I got Trekking Poles from them, and although they advertised them to be instock...they weren't. When I ordered I was told that they'll soon get them and also how long it will be, and was asked if I still wanted to purchase them and wait for them to arrive (unlike some places that'll take your money and make you wait). I got the poles around when they said I would, and they didn't charge my credit card till then too. Also, the guy I talked to knew of the poles I was talking about, which gave me the impression that he knew his chit. Anywho...just my $0.02.”

Another time, I ordered a pack cover but the size on the package was way smaller than what the site said. They exchanged it and charged the difference.”
