Mister Speaker... “The President of the United States! I don't think I've missed a SOTU address since I've been old enough to vote (1976). I've never been very deep into politics, but I do enjoy the pomp and circumstance that we get to witness (at least) once a year - even those eight years under you-know-who. Though G.W. has yet to do a SOTU, this will be his third address to the joint houses of Congress, Justices, Cabinet, etc. His last one was the greatest speech I've ever heard firsthand.
