National Scenic Trails need our help

“Most of you probably know that Senate Bill 1069 (S 1069) if passed, would allow the Federal Government to buy land FROM WILLING OWNERS, to complete the National Scenic trails. Currently, the Feds. cannot purchase lands from willing sellers. S 1069 is only about WILLING SELLERS. It does not include condemnation or other coercive methods--only willing sellers. Please contact your Senators and tell them to support S 1069 "Willing Seller Land Acquisition Authority"
