Dayhike in Charles C. Deam WildernessView MessagesViewing posts 1 to 9 of 9 messages posted.
“I'm going to be in the area around Valentines Day and want to do a dayhike. I don't know if I'll have my 3 year old with me. If not I'll probably do about 7 miles, if he is with me probably no more than 3 miles. Any suggestions on trails to hike?” 11:38:49 AM 1/31/02 “Oh Crazy Mike...help this oblivious person out!!” 11:46:05 AM 1/31/02 “Woo HOO!.. going to be fun! ”12:42:34 PM 1/31/02 “PS. I just saw your post Crazy Mike and if you don't mind having a relative beginner hanging around, please do add me to your hiking club list!” 4:56:14 PM 1/31/02 I will add you to my list “Hey whats up my club is all open to all skill levels. So don't sweat it. Oh ya I need your email address.” 7:22:26 PM 1/31/02 “I'm heading over to the Deam this weekend and was wondering if I have to have a state vehicle sticker or pay for parking at the trailhead?” 4:41:03 PM 2/16/05 “We've never had either a sticker or any parking fees when we've been to the Deam. In fact, we're going to either in be in the Deam or the Morgan-Monroe SF this weekend for the long weekend.” 4:43:31 PM 2/16/05 “Cool. Are there a lot of streams for water? I'm thinking of doing the Grub Ridge Loop.” 4:52:15 PM 2/16/05 “I never used a sticker either. And last time I was there there was plenty of water.” 1:48:55 AM 2/17/05
