Beware!!!
Thankyou for that, Lizzy! Where did you find that site? That was so funny, I am sending the website address to all of my friends.
I would be willing to outfit an expidition, but it could only comprise the most hearty and intrepid of brave souls.
My parents have bagged this peak, and now I hear the heights calling to me.

A MUST READ!
For anyone daring to attempt a trip to the hinterlands of Kansas, don't forget to get plenty of topo maps, first.

Thanks lizs, this link made my morning. I've passed it on to our geography instructor.

Lizs is not kidding...
...this is laugh out loud stuff, as my neighboring cubicles could hear. Rad and others ought to like the "medical experiment" conducted on the Nebraska peak.

I especially liked the way they acclimatized themselves by staying in the basement.

I was within probably 5 miles of Mount Sunflower, but SAD TO SAY, GAVE UP THE TREK. The thick air became too much for my lungs!! Ditto the high point in Nebraska. I made it as far as Pine Bluff, which straddles the Wyoming/Nebraska land. But I was scared of a "brown-out!!!" I have no appropriate glasses to deal with a brown-out!! I've heard they're very expensive.

And... the always oppressive, horrifyingly thick air.

Say, I THINK GROUND SUCK MIGHT JUST COME INTO PLAY HERE, TOO!!!

The peaks are surely trying to all but the most fit and enterprising climbers!!
