I'm back

“Just flew in from California - boy are my arms tired... Badump bump!

Glad to be back home with the family. Desert camping is nice. I slept under the stars almost every night (when I did get to sleep) and got some pictures of mountains and coyotes as well as the standard Army guys with guns stuff.

So, what cools tuff did I miss in the last 35 days?”

“how did the hammock work out? (wise a$$ grin)”

“There are trees there, but it is a $10,000 fine to mess with 'em.”

“Were you near 29 Palms?”

“29 Palms is out there somewhere. We did use Yermo, which is a USMC rail depot for getting our vehicles out to the desert. There were even some Marines playing as the enemy during this rotation as the guerilla forces. They had those cool new pixilated uniforms.”
