It ain't that they ain't got makeup it's that they are getting old and gravity is besetting upon them.

The w/o makeup picture looks much better, but I guess us women are not her targeted audience.

Painted plastic women frighten me. The before picture actually looks like a living, breathing human being. But I guess if some of you guys are so used to being attracted to painted vinyl dolls...

There's a site somewhere that shows a lot of the stars in their "natural" state...not the prettiest pics. I think it was EmbarassMoments or something like that.

They had one with Alicia Silverstone...she's a real cutie when all dolled up...but that photo...ugh.

This is a TRUE story...the subject of MJ came up in the car the other night (I think I had oldies playing and the "Jackson Five" came on)...anyway, my 13-year-old daughter said, incredulously, "Michael Jackson used to be an African American?"

Regarding the makeup, I think Pamela looks better without.

How about Greta Van Susteran? She looked better before.

Sad.

Even an old barn looks better with a fresh coat of paint. But you have a problem when the paint is holding up the barn.

Or in Jackson's case where the paint is the barn

That's funny, mtn gal, and a good point...

But still the bottom line is that a woman is not a barn.

I hate the celebrity worship pop culture side of our society. But Plastic Pam has made a fortune off her looks and self promotion with no other talents being evident. Even with that abhorrence, I probably know more about Pam than the last winner of the Noble prize for physics. Heck I don’t even know his name. The media pushes these Pam and Michael types down our throats. You would have to live in a hole to avoid it. And I listen to NPR, watch PBS and haven’t been to a movie in 10 years. To change it we need to do more that ignore the pop kings and queens, we need to loudly ridicule them. This threat is good for that. Keep it up.

Celebs are ridiculed all the time. Their lives are under a microscope and a lot of the public eats it up because their own lives are so lame they try to live vicariously and then pass judgement. It's easy to rip on someone who apparently has all the "glory" and who doesn't know you from a hole in the wall. Envy? Maybe. That said, if Pam's gonna videotape herself sucking off Tommy Lee and agrees to strip on Kid Rock's tour, then she deserves what she gets. Neener neener!

even Monica Lewinsky and Joey Buttafuoco became celebrities... we don't seem to "idolize" the intelligent, thoughtful, and giving people. It's pretty sad how shallow our society is, but then again those low-riding a$$ awareness pants that women seem to love to wear are pretty wonderful! Guess I'm a sheeple!
