Looking for Hole in the Wall

12 photos of our little hike on the mountain last weekend. We missed our turn to Hole in the Wall, but it was fun anyway. The ride down Dragon's Tail was steep, lots of trees, with thick and wet untracked snow. We'll find Hole in the Wall again next time.

You must really like to snowboard considering the area. Some of those places have incredible views that would pull me towards an overnight stay while out there.

stanlee,
Credit goes to SnowDude on most of these (labeled Sony Digital). I need a new camera for snowboarding, but hate to spend a lot since it gets dropped in the snow, etc. Thinking digital, though.

tekapo, we wake up to the beauty of those mountains every morning out there. We camp out in Long Valley, and Mt Morrison & Laurel are right there when we wake up. (first photo in the album).

Being Prez wkend, I'm avoiding Mammoth. Going backpacking this weekend!

After going through your photos again, I'm impressed with the quality of those pictures. SnowDude has a good eye.

I'm making the change. It's just a matter of when. The sooner the better, but I've gotta come up with the bucks.

Take a look at this site that used an Olympus D-360L.
