It's been one year since I've seen the supposed love of my life, more importantly, I've been a TT'r for 1 year now.

Conclusion:

I'd rather be hiking than wasting time on women. :)

Buddha bear, You are much better off with her leaving now, rather than waiting 21 years down the road and trashing your life. I think she showed her true colors, and you are lucky to have recognized that.

There will always be some that you will never forget, special feelings, special moments, and some will come with melancholy.

I got divorced, unexpectedly in 2001. Now, almost 2 years later, I have found some very special and am looking forward to getting remarried.

It's tough at first, but you gotta keep that chin up and get out there and meet some other girls. I probably dated more girls after marrige than before, looking for the right girl. I hope you are doing the same.

Just one word of advice, don't get "intimate" right off. You can get that from any girl. But can you find a true friend who shares the same interests?? Good friends make the best lovers....
