Almost had a fire at the office today

“In another thread I mentioned a sewer problem at work. It turns out the UPS unit on my computer had shorted out. The computer turned off and I checked the unit. It was so hot that I could barely touch it. I drug it outside by the chord and a clear liquid was leaking out. Within 5 minutes the air smelled good again. It was a battery problem, but it smelled like sulfur. If this had happened overnight Fri instead of Thur we could have really had a problem.”

“Er.. I think it may be time for you to call it a day, dh.

Lock door, watch rented video, drink heavily, order pizza.”
