Save the excel File Open Word with a blank page and select Mail merge from Tools Select Create... Mailing Labels...Pick Active Window Select GetData...Open Data Source...Open the file...Select range or entire file. Click on Set up Document. You have to pick some format, there are several defaults to chose from. Find the one listed on your label package. Click OK Click on Insert Merge Field. Arrange the Fields as you want them appear on the label: FirstName (space) LastName (return) Street (return) City (comma) (space) State (space) (space) PostalCode Click OK Click Merge Click same or new document and OK If that doesn't work you screwed up.
