Colorado Trail

“I'm looking to take my two teenage boys out on the CT for 5 to 7 days late this summer.

I'm looking for low mileage and great views. I've ordered the official CT Guide and researched quite a bit on the web, but am interested in any feedback from you.

“I backpacked and climbed five fourteeners last summer on the Colorado Trail. We hiked about 50 miles around the Collegiate Peaks area. It was beautiful and you can plan it so you can do certain sections of this area. I also included a Web site that may be helpful.
