This refrain is important to address: you had this chip on your shoulder and saw mistreatment everwhere. If you didn't like the way some post made you feel it was dishonest, or patronising or some such thing. You keept seeing disrespect where it wasn't and trying to dish back what you thought you got.

As Nigal seems to point out, it was your opinion of how other people were treating you that made you act as poorly as you did.

If you sink to the lowest level of how others treat you (even if your opinion is accurate) you're just helping to flush things down the toilet.”
