I spent my Saturday picking up big rocks from the side of the raod.. cos I am too cheap to BUY them from the landscapers.. and so I scoped out four huge rocks, that try as I might.. could not get them in the truck?.. So me and son went out that evening.. cos I figured the TWO of us could curl and wrestle these things into my truck to take home? I am working on a waterfall of my backyard...

So here we are, struggling.. about to give up.. cos the first one we try must weigh all of 200 poinds of so? And these two cars pull over, and out jump about 5 guys.. who have been out drinking and stuff?.. and once I tell them what we are trying to do.. they are like.. "ya!.. awesome.. come on guys, let's do it!"

Testosterone is a wonderful thing.

Stealing rocks, huh! Keep it up and one of these days you'll be breaking them!

awWw.. come on now.. I can't think of a single law that forbids the picking up of stray rocks from the side of the road, and giving them a good home.

Actaully in the south they encourage us to pick up stuff off the side of the road, cuts down on litter and such. Bessides, where else you gonna get a maching set of hub caps?

You may have ruined a scenic sight. Was there a sign nearby, "Lookout for falling rock?"

The rocks probably belong to the Tennessee Department of Transportation, or the county department of roads. I'm sure a state trooper could find a law for you, even if you were working on TownDawg's Road Beautification Project.

Jeez, this sounds like something I'd do. Only problem is there's no rocks in this part of Fl.

Removing an endangered rock could be a Federal offense.

Those rocks are millions of years old and could be considered antiquities.

I made a rock garden last year. By the next morning, two rocks had died.

Antiquities.. I like that -- "Man unsuspectingly destroys ancient Indian artifacts left lying by roadside under a large rock."

Breakin' rocks in the hot sun
I fought the law
and the law won
I fought the law
and the law won

I miss my baby and I feel so bad
I guess my race is run
'Cause she's the best girl that I ever had
I fought the law
and the won
I fought the law
and the law won

Forget the Redneck Five!

I dig the Bobby Fuller Four!
