Missouri Area Trail Recomendations?

“Several friends and I are planning a trip in/around St Louis Missouri and I was looking for some trail recommendations. We are planing to go to Paddy Creek Wilderness - Big Piney Trail. We have been there a few times before and would enjoy seeing something different.

What I'd like is a trail ~20 miles (its a weekend trip) with good access to water and interesting scenery.
