It is used quite extensively in CA but no much anywhere else. If TTers here in the Midwest started using this site we would have one place to look for trips.

I'm in Northern CA, and had my hat handed to me rather royally on your site whenever I "questioned" a 4 wheel drive wilderness access issue being discussed on your site. MY GOD... I didn't create the site, I don't run the site, I simply joined to hook up with people who were into the outdoors.

I have never participated in the chats through the site so can't comment on their content. But if you came across anyhting like you did with this post I can see why you had your hat handed to you.
