Snow Nyph, BPBaby & MaryP:
can you all post your packs again? I did a search for 'pack' and it came up with a gizzilion threads.

The reason I'm asking is, I want to buy a new pack, I have been preapproved to test the Mossy Falls internal frame pack (is this pack specifically designed for women?) and I would rather test a women's pack.

Tanks!

Kelty Flight 4500 (~3 lbs?). Used it once for desert hiking and loved it, even with 38 lbs (10+ lbs of water). Using it for the 2nd time this weekend in the snow at higher altitude. Only complaint so far is it needs the side net pockets for things I need to get to without taking the pack off.

My pack from last year was the Mountainsmith Chimera (3.14 lbs). Great as a daypack, but anything over 26 lbs was uncomfortable. Waist & shoulder straps loosen up all the time so I'm constantly tugging at them. Shoulder straps dig in. Top is coming apart at the seams in two places.

Pack before that was a Gregory. The most comfortable pack in the world....only complaint is the weight (6 lbs)
