Before I moved to WA, I heard on the news approximately one person on every block either sells or grows pot. I haven't found any of these people yet, but I'm still looking or rather sniffing around, lol:) I was walking my dog in this park where this man was parked and the smell of pot was coming out of his car, but he thought if he held in what was in his mouth already, he wouldn't be detected. I guess he smoked too much already and his sensibility skills were gone, lol. The funny thing was, he was holding his breath with his cheeks puffed out. I told him he could exhale as I passed by. You had to be there; it was too funny.” 3:28:06 PM 2/09/05 “LMAO anyway, i think my baby did good. I even got a kiss last night. (now that I think about it...hmmm...what is he up to??)” 3:29:39 PM 2/09/05 “bit, "MY CHIHUAHUA DOESN'T DO DRUGS LIKE YOUR HONOR STUDENT" Gemini, a child's friends play a major role if your child tries or does drugs. Drug free friends will not like drug taking friends around, so if your kids keep drug free friends, they will not want to ruin their relationship by doing drugs and being cast aside by their non drugging friends. I know self control and having information about the destructiveness of drugs is important too, but it really helps to be in good company. That pretty much remains constant through life. You tend to hang out with people that have the same values as you, even as an adult.” 4:49:34 PM 2/09/05 My son's award-winning Pinewood Derby car “ ![]() ”11:04:31 PM 3/03/05 “flames, cool.” 11:07:13 PM 3/03/05 “I think that's what most of the boys thought too. He was lucky though, there was a better looking car whose owner left before the judging.” 11:08:47 PM 3/03/05 “I would have to talk to him about smoking dope inside the cab though. Looks like Cheech and Chong's ride.” 11:18:43 PM 3/03/05 “congrats bit! I did one that was like a Fred Flintstone car one year - used a piece of leather for the roof with a coathanger for the frame” 12:05:40 AM 3/04/05 “Sweet! You know, chicks dig guys with skills!! ”1:45:07 AM 3/04/05 “Last night was opening night for my baby girl's spring musical. She's a ninth grader, has the lead part, was absolutely beautiful, remembered all her lines, was really acting not just delivering the words, sang beautifully on her solos.... It was such fun to watch...I was so proud my eyes were filling with happy tears. :)” 9:13:48 AM 3/04/05 “Cool, it's got a 12ft bed. Better watch out, the big three might steal your idea.” 9:16:20 AM 3/04/05 “Fire! Fire! Fire!!!!!! (in my best Beavus & Butthead voice) Cool!” 9:19:12 AM 3/04/05 “Cool car, nice paint job! How old is your son bitpusher? he's very talented. You must be so proud Fritz! Your daughter (all your kids) sounds awesome!” 10:12:26 AM 3/04/05 “Great entry, Bit! Good job...” 10:14:44 AM 3/04/05 “Fritz, i remeber the first time i heard my oldest daughter play piano in public, I cried like a baby. it was such a good feeling. keep that in your heart, because you will need to draw on those memories, when they hit the horrible teenage years.” 10:24:41 AM 3/04/05 “Thanks Mapes. But...horrible teenage years? You trying to scare me? :) (My son will be 20 this summer, my daughters are already 16-1/2 and 15...nothing horrible yet and I have my fingers and toes crossed.)” 2:07:14 PM 3/04/05 “Jeez Currahee, that picture looks just like my uncle, during the very early 80's. Just make the hair darker and there you go.” 2:08:18 PM 3/04/05 “BusyBee (Becky from TC4) just got accepted into the gifted program at school. She gets to take advanced classes all the way thru high school. I'm so proud...she must have gotten her brains from her momma...” 3:18:45 PM 3/04/05 “That's a pretty cool looking truck there bitpushy. Fritz...I think I had happy tears the first time my kids was part of a play. So sweet. I know you took pictures...?????????” 3:23:00 PM 3/04/05 “Thanks all! He did most of the work. I had to help him a little with the paint, or it would look like Earl Scheib's $39.99 special. But he did do some painting, and he picked out the decals and we put them on together.” 3:13:56 PM 3/05/05 “It's a bad ass truck!” 5:53:39 PM 3/05/05 “i have no idea how this happened: grade three hooligan scored at grade seven/eight level in math & problem solving. wow.” 8:49:21 PM 3/05/05 “Good job Hooligan!” 9:02:05 PM 3/05/05 “being good at problem solving can be a mixed blessing he's been putting his skills to good use to torment brothers & teachers.” 9:05:41 PM 3/05/05 “My son's Robotics team participated in the FIRST regional competition this weekend. They are a rookie team and make it all the way to semi-finals! They have worked very hard to build this robot. In just six weeks, they had to design and build a robot that could accomplish different types of tasks on a playing field against other robots. last edited: 3/06/05 10:20:38 AM” 10:19:58 AM 3/06/05 “goodjob to all your hard achievers last edited: 3/06/05 10:22:37 AM” 10:21:55 AM 3/06/05 “My daughter can fart like a champ!” 1:25:02 PM 3/06/05 “my daughter can belch like a champ!” 8:50:28 AM 3/07/05 “I hate those bumper stickers that say "my dog (fill in breed) is smarter than your kid", even if it is true my chihuahua is smarter than your kid.” 3:47:37 PM 3/08/05 my girls... “ ![]() ”11:52:16 AM 3/18/05 “Are the boys knocking down the door Mapes? Pretty girls!” 11:54:01 AM 3/18/05 “not with tree as the father. LOL they are good kids. thank you” 12:01:20 PM 3/18/05 “Cute! The one on the left looks just like you. ... Wait a minute.... how is that possible......... j/k ;)” 12:18:08 PM 3/18/05 “haha Fritz, how ya doing? kiddies doing good? when are you taking them to NYC??” 1:19:17 PM 3/18/05 “I dont know why I find this so funny... My four year old daughter is now in the habit of dancing around with a hand on her head (fingers fanned out pointing upwards) and making a "wing" outta her other arm and yelling " I am a rooster doodle dooo". Its a riot. The thing I like about this is the fact that she made this up. She is currently singing another madeup song called "who heard from Army" which I assume has to do with emails form a deployed close friend, still cute though.” 11:06:23 AM 3/24/05 “I cannot wait till mine gets to be more active like this.” 11:07:55 AM 3/24/05 “Its a mixed bag somedays WK. As entertaining as she is right now I am sicker then a dog and Sass is out so keeping up is a chore. But she can also entertain herself much better now too, she is now playing "polly pockets". The other day she drew some "adventure maps" for upcoming races, very cute. Sorry for forgettin WK how old are yours.” 11:13:17 AM 3/24/05 “No need to appoligize. She turned 1 month old this past Monday. She is starting to look at everything when she is up and alert. We have started putting her on her tummy for short periods of time to get the neck muscles working. I cannot wait until she has control of her neck completly. I have a Kelty carrier and plan to take her on a lot of dayhikes this summer/fall.” 11:19:15 AM 3/24/05 “We had our little one in her kelty pack at 4 months for her first over nighter, the pack is great. Its so fun to watch the little ones grow, a month is like a lifetime of development. Enjoy it all.” 11:21:43 AM 3/24/05 “3:32 pm twignut will turn 17 years old. sigh I miss the times when the only thing you worried about was were her fav barbie is.. Happy Birthday baby!” 11:52:27 AM 3/24/05 “Thanks Birch, we plan too! Is that today Maple?” 12:01:04 PM 3/24/05 “My son is running around half naked at home right now... learning to be potty trained... (yeah, exciting stuff) I take him hiking lots, and he loves it. I have had him cracking up over the word "leaf" while hiking amongst maples in the fall. WK- Consider selling your Kelty backpack and purchasing a tough traveler. (My kelty is collecting dust) Also, keep in mind that you cannot put your kid in that thing until he/she is 6 months old, because sitting upright can actually be painful to them. -percious” 12:28:57 PM 3/24/05 “percious we used our kelty with our 4month old with zero trouble, once the kid can support its head you are good to go. Good luck with the potty training. The nice thing about the kid carrier is the foot stirrups and great safety straps, my daughter loved that thing, she'd play for a spell then sleep, just liek at home.” 1:01:41 PM 3/24/05 “birch my kidlets did something similar a week or so ago... Playing outside in the snow, they'd run in and say "draw a treasure map for us!" I was kinda blank about what they wanted, but drew a squiggly line and an X where the treasure was, and they went off, map in hand to find it. I made several maps that day and they had a blast!” 1:07:17 PM 3/24/05 “Hey twiggy, A fun thing to do is hide some candy and then draw a map to it. Kids go nuts when they solve the map.” 1:12:40 PM 3/24/05 “What's even more fun is to draw a map that leads them down into a basement room, where you shut the door and lock it so you can get some time alone with the wife. Oh, you mean fun for the kids. nevermind.” 1:16:00 PM 3/24/05 Jump to Page << prev
