We used to classify GI Joes as 'dolls'.

Dolls are for girls.

The little green army men were OK though.

He takes off all his clothes to doot? Is his dad George Costanza?

My son finished his school year and wound up bring home B's and A's. Back around Christmas those were mostly C's with a D thrown in for good measure. So, looks like he got his head on straight to wrap up the year!

My daughter is in her 3rd wk at her new preschool. Today when it was time to cleanup (they start singing the cleanup song) none of the kids cleaned up anything...except mine. Her teacher was so pleased she gave her a stuffed animal as a reward.

She also started back in Tae Kwon Do after a 9 month break. She is a green belt and is on the demo team (public demonstrations). On monday they practiced the first kata, then worked on running up walls (literally) doing forward rolls through a bike tire and some cool individual fighting moves. My daughters move was really slick. the instructor would swing at her, she would do a forward roll, quickly stand and do a stomping side kick to the back of his knee, when he feel she would grab two handfuls of his hair and bring a knee to his face while pulling his head down (not so hard I heard him say ,LOL) then while holding his haior still, fall to the ground pulling him face first into the mat. Playtime wont be the same...

My son Ben FINALLY reached the rank of Eagle Scout. Phew! I thought he might age out. Girls and cars tended to get in the way. Anyway, I am very proud of him.

Thanks for the congrats!

The next step is college admission. He's wants to get into Virginia Tech (GO HOKIES!) early decision for engineering. It's rather competitive, so we are working on a Plan B and Plan C. Maybe NC State or Clemson.
