ErinAnne did that once. long time ago. it's a thing to be proud of.” 1:49:39 PM 6/11/10 “Laural just did that last week, too. All of her long, blond curls are gone. Now it's cute, curly little brown bob that really makes her look like the mischievous imp that she is.” 6:09:56 AM 6/12/10 “Kudos to Samantha!” 9:33:35 AM 6/12/10 6:41:23 AM 6/25/10 “Wow!” 6:48:32 AM 6/25/10 “Yeah..."wow!" about covers it for me too.” 6:54:33 AM 6/25/10 “+3 - wow wow wow. Very cool ped-x! I also want to say, that my son graduated from high school a couple weeks ago! :) Two years ago, i wasn't sure I'd ever get to say that, but he kicked ass his senior year, made honor role a couple of times and plans to come back to CO and enroll in a fire science technology program so that he can someday join a fire department. :)” 7:37:17 AM 6/25/10 “That's great Roam. I have a cousin in the local fire department (he saved our cat when we had a fire). He knew when he finished high school that he wanted to be in the fire department, so he served in the army to get some relevant training and accrue the veteran's points for civil service and studied hard. I'm looking for my other son to get a clear idea of what he will do with his life - he struggles with some serious handicaps, but they aren't so strong that they can't be overcome with some focus and motivation. It's hard, its like his brother got a triple dose of confidence (to the point it seems like arrogance sometimes) and this one got none.” 11:25:24 AM 6/28/10 “hard to reconcile the differences between siblings. My daughter got most of the motivation and drive (or so it seemed for a long time), but now Alex is catching up. I'm just thrilled that he has a plan for himself and a goal in mind.” 11:46:49 AM 6/28/10 “...My 11 yr old Granddaughter is trying out for the Mansfield Orchestra today!!!!...she plays violin!!!...( she also plays piano and guitar!!!) ...wooo hoo!!!” 4:25:12 AM 7/30/10 “Sweet! I wish her luck Divinity.” 4:39:27 AM 7/30/10 “...after I got in the shower I realized I needed to say it is for middle and high school students.... http://www.mansfieldtickets.com/content/view/87” 4:45:46 AM 7/30/10 “good luck to her! my daughter plays violin and flute - but is TERRIFIED of the idea of doing an audition. we're working on that.” 7:26:51 AM 7/30/10 “Congrats and good luck Div! I love public middle school. All my kids got free music lessons. My oldest plays Violin, the middle plays flute and my son is playing the Violin as well... They are all much more musically inclined than I ever was.” 7:32:00 AM 7/30/10 “last day of summer school today! the kid got a 91! yep i'm happy! that's two grade nine courses (math and science) under his belt before he's even started high school :)” 9:24:13 AM 7/30/10 “Cool beans, hel. I am sure she will do well, div.” 10:12:01 AM 7/30/10 “Leah made it! woo hoo!” 7:08:35 PM 7/30/10 “congrats Div!!!” 8:38:49 PM 7/30/10 “Hel...that's GREAT!!!!!” 4:02:02 AM 7/31/10 “Had lunch yesterday at a 'dinner" my son worked as a chef...MAN he does not cook that good at my place (LOL)>” 7:12:15 AM 8/10/10 “My son is quite the musician. He was chosen for All County Repertory Orchestra. Also, he was chosen to be First Chair - First Violin which is considered the "Concert Master" (the person who leads tuning and prepares the orchestra for performance). He is in 7th grade.” 6:12:37 AM 2/09/11 “Congrats. Strings are one of the best (and most rewarding) instruments to learn.” 6:23:45 AM 2/09/11 “Congrats...now it is time for him to learn to fiddle bluegrass!” 6:28:53 AM 2/09/11 “yeah I am sure bluegrass is in his future...” 6:46:13 AM 2/09/11 “Bluegrass is awesome and so much gooder than contemporary "Country music".” 6:57:12 AM 2/09/11 “thats awesome!!” 7:24:38 AM 2/09/11 “Oldest son just got accepted at VCU... My oldest son graduated from High School yesterday... Afterwards, the family went over to his house... In 1st grade his teacher had the students do a time capsule.. It was basically a shoe box, with stuff in it, that was then wrapped in a paper bag.. While we really dont remember doing it, the teacher had the parents write a brief letter to their child.. She must have given them an outline of what to write.. ie friends, favorite games, farorite movies, tv shows etc etc.. It was hard to believe but when he was in 1st grade, the whoe y2k thing was happening.. Anyway, by the time he was done reading the letter his mom was in tears.. It really was a neat idea that the teacher had... God they grow up sooooo fast.. '32oz” 8:13:45 AM 6/10/11 “What a very cool thing, 32oz. Yes, they do grow up fast. And when they are grown, they will have all those cool memories of all the camping and backpacking trips that had with their dad and all the fun stuff you guys did.” 9:03:56 AM 6/10/11 “my grand daughter is walking now....” 12:29:53 PM 6/11/11 “32, I love that idea, I passed it along to my wife. She teaches pre-k.” 4:29:39 PM 6/12/11 “Ana shaved her legs, painted her nails, then grabbed her gun and went outside to target shoot. I love this age!” 5:21:48 PM 6/12/11 “She's a real North Country Girl, Twig! Gremlin would like that.” 5:37:05 AM 6/13/11 “Despite getting kicked out of violin lessons (worst behavior the teacher had seen in 25 years) Laurel is persevering (I have to be present at all lessons now) and finally found a song she likes to play: Cripple Creek. She even wanted HPM to find variations online (She's chewing through one that's got lots of sharps) and is enjoying trying to figure it out on her own. HOT DAMN! FINALLY!” 5:24:20 PM 6/18/11 Jump to Page << prev
