I may microwave a few Morningstar chicken nuggets with some honey mustard and hickory smoked bbq sauce for dipping. They taste just like chicken, but are soy. Even meat eating hubby did not realize they were not real chicken.

I may add a few Morningstar mini corn dogs. I love corn dogs and mustard, but this is more of a stretch in getting used to, but then they taste good.

Big Lunch
Yesterday my coworker's wife cam home from a trip & told her husband that something was attacking his pigs. He thought 'yea, right', what's gonna bother (2) 450 pound pigs?

Well, he found out. A black bear was tangling with them. He chased the bear away & found bite marks on one of his pigs neck.

Never heard of such a thing.

WOW! I've heard of bears going after livestock before; my old neighbors had lost some chickens due to bears, but I've never heard of them going after anything that large before. I wonder if it was rabid.

Um, okay, this is a little gross, but it's good all the same.

A plate of nachos, made with the cheap food you can get at Big Lots. lol. Cheap chips with cheap refried beans and cheese sauce smeared on top of them, and some cheap sliced jalapenos on all that. Heated up in the microwave. Yummy!

If my wife kicked me out of bed everytime I ate beans, well, let's just say we'd need separate bedrooms.

Usually it's not too bad, but a couple weeks ago I made some pinto beans in the crockpot, with some nice yummy salt pork and some cumin.

HazMat crews were following me down the street.

Laurel just drank water from the koi fish tank to finish off her lunch, lol.
Glad I just changed the filters and scrubbed out the pump housing.

Mmmm, pintos, sounds like it's time to make chalupas again. Slow cooked pork and pinto beans, with garlic, onions and green peppers. It takes 9-10 hours to cook but boy oh boy is it worth it.
