Ok, so it's "National Health IT Week" and we got a nice bbq lunch today from the hospital. I really don't care what the occasion...I just enjoy the free lunch.

I think I've been divorced a long time. That actually doesn't sound too bad.

just to be clear, the banana nut bread was on the side, not on top of the manwich and the egg

just in case you were wondering

I did wonder for a moment
Sounds good.
I'm not single and I had scrambled eggs, sour dough cinnamon bread and cantalope and strawberries.
I love breakfast for dinner. So does the rest of the famdamly.

LMAO@thrifty!!! Or he just has to eat it by a firestation. I think they are being given difibulators:)

Crash, I'm glad you cleared up that banana nut bread issue for me. Yesterday was a slow day and and I was very interested. Today I'm busy and not as interested. I have an orthopedist appt. I think I have hiker's knee, a stabbing pain in the side of your knee when you descend trails. I'd rather eat the egg, banana nut bread, manwich etc. than hike downhill these days. Yeah, it's that bad.

Cuban style black beans and rice, with minced red onion, a few shots of crystal hot sauce, and for a really tasty change a drizzle of balsamic vinegar. Total yummers.

Laurel's very picky about food, and is generally a very light eater. She always has been, much to the chagrin of her pediatricians. She's packed on a few pounds lately, but it's all muscle mass in her legs and more height.

Maryland Crab Soup at the admin. cafeteria.

The hysterical thing is that the crabs are probably from Thailand.

The Chesapeake Bay has been fished out and degraded by pollution and the blue crab is nearly extinct here.

Tandoor Chef brand kofta curry. It's listed as medium spiced, but the first bite burned all the way down. It's very tasty though. Especially with a yogurt smoothie to temper the heat.
