My favorite though was a hole in the wall over on Jackson, near St Jude. Three Sisters I think it was. The only thing I miss about Memphis is the BBQ...it sucks in East TN. They have Corkey's here, but it isn't the same as the original one on Poplar in Memphis....then again, the other Corkey's in Memphis aren't worth a #&%!$ either.

Poor kitty needs a name now. Ghetto the rat thought kitty was a new food and had her cornered LOL! I had to tell Ghetto to stop tormenting the kitten and put the rat in her cage for the time being.”

“LOL, SC a friend of mine had a Parrot named SARGE...one afternoon the family cat decided to get a drop on the parrot....They heard a squawk and then the cat screaming. LOL the cat went racing by with the Parrot attached to its head (LOL)...the cat stayed clear of SARGE after that.”

“Nope, there's a brand called "Tandoori Chef" that makes vegetarian/ vegan frozen entrees that totally rock. No preservatives, not excessively high in fat and salt, and if you look at the ingredient list and the recipe for that dish in a cookbook you'll see that they match.”

Actually I think all I've had of Amy's is the boxes of mac & cheese about a year ago, I thought they were ok. Never bought the frozen stuff.

Indian food is my absolute fave, I could eat it every day.”

Lab Christmas/Holiday Party brunch. Belgian waffles with huckleberry sauce, all sorts of pot luck goodies and desserts.”
