“Chili verde is excellent. In Colorado, I have seen a lot of places with Green Chili. Really good if done right.

I make it with green chilies and ground pork (not sausage) and it is awesome.”

I'm having leftover cornish hen (stuffed with wheatberry salad, surrounded by sliced apples, and sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar before cooking) and veggie stir fry (broccoli, oyster mushrooms, carrots, spinach and pea pods cooked in sesame oil and garlic with a little ginger) with whole wheat organic pasta.
I had the same thing for lunch yesterday, and probably will again tomorrow...I've never learned to cook for one!”
