Yah, maybe it'll even help you figure how that your Mexican waiter is saying "This'll give you a burning bacon ring" when he drops that stuff off at your table.

Green chilis aren’t that hot. I can do anything below a habanera pepper without my ass dropping out the bottom. Those things are just stupid hot.

NO bit ur wrong
Green chili is not hot (all the time)

Sometimes green chili can be very hot when you buy it from the roasters on the side of the road but any green chili serve at a restruant is ussually very mild and is there for the flavor and not the heat!

Chipotles is a restaurant that makes 20 oz. burritos. Best in the land!

I like that Jamaican sauce too (I refuse to say I love Jamaican jerk sauce!)! It's got great heat and flavor at the same time.

Come to the Southwest and go to the hole in the wall burrito stands they have the best stuff!!

Favorite burrito stand is on the east side of the mountain in a shell station! Dont matter the location only food matters!!

Is it just me or did lizard just proposition me to his favorite glory hole?

Chipotles is a restaurant but it is also a roasted Jalapeno. So Nigal and Bit are both right. Damn Nigal now I might have to go. I love that place

Holy sticky shlt on a shingle bit! What are the chances that both you and I would not only be right about something on the same day but the same thread and the same issue?!! Must be a cosmic alignment of some sort! LOL!

Chili verde is excellent. In Colorado, I have seen a lot of places with Green Chili. Really good if done right.

I make it with green chilies and ground pork (not sausage) and it is awesome.

Hey Nigal
I didn't get to go to Chipotles yesterday so I went today. They don't have a green chile sauce at the one here. All we have is Pico de gallo, and two kinds of Salsa (hot and holy sh1t).

I'll eat for the first time at about 3pm and have my usual potato sandwhich, thick cut, fried, potatoes on a potato roll. If you're too skinny, add mozzarella and bacon.

Something about the cooler air makes me want to cook...

I'm having leftover cornish hen (stuffed with wheatberry salad, surrounded by sliced apples, and sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar before cooking) and veggie stir fry (broccoli, oyster mushrooms, carrots, spinach and pea pods cooked in sesame oil and garlic with a little ginger) with whole wheat organic pasta.
I had the same thing for lunch yesterday, and probably will again tomorrow...I've never learned to cook for one!
