Enough w/ the jerky already!

Bigfoot I can cook and I learned how to bake bread w/ my Grandma (started at about 5), but I didn't make this bread. I buy all my bread products from a co. called Wheat Montana. They are local and it is good stuff. What's your fav. food, I'll give you a recipe.

What I know about yeast
Mom raised six kids and bought Wonder Bread. The first time I had yeast rolls I knew I had a mission. I tried making bread, but couldn't get it right.

Warm water and yeast?...? Hot water and yeast must be better!!!

Wrong!!!! Hot water kills yeast. Warm water means tepid water and yeast.

...bacpac's drunken cooking tip for the day.

Leatherneck..when i used to live near Fort Polk i'd go fishing for crawdads in the creek out back...i'd either use a branch and string with a lil bacon...or a hoopnet baited with chicken skin or bolony....i'd catch DOZENS...not bad for a 6 year old. sure were good for dinner
