“I got a bunch of freeze dried meals (about 100) for $.94 each when planetoutdoors.com went out of business a couple years ago. I got some MSR, Mountain House and Backpackers Gourmet (yuck) thinking I could eat for years (they're all gone after 18 months). Also got a pair of Vasque Clarion Impact hiking boots from the same place for $23.

I also found a sawed-off shotgun in the back of some redneck's pickup truck. Hope he doesn't mind.”

take the gun home, use it to commit a double murder yourself, since you're already gonna be charged with one, right? then take the gun to the police station and tell them you found it in the middle of the trail and let whoever's gun it really is deal with all the fun.
