The Indians play Detroit on July 26,27,28 here in Cleveland. Here is what I propose:

Drive to C-Town Friday night - kegger at my place, and anybody who wants to can crash here,

Saturday - dayhike part of the Rocky River Metropark, take transit to 7:05 Indians-Tiger game at the Jake.

Sunday - Continental breakfast, go home.

Lemme know by April 20th if you want to attend. I'll get the tickets, if you plan to go, but you'll be financially responsible for them if you tell me you are going to attend and ditch at the last minute.

I think it would be a damned good time!

They aren't tough this year, but there has been a recent surge in ticket sales for some reason.

Oh yeah, it's because we just won ten in a row.

Hey, Buddha Bear!

I'd go, but I have two conferences that week/weekend. I can't make it.

BTW, it's nice to see my Tigers finally getting some national media recognition. They've earned it.

Man, this is a great idea. There is no way I could pull off going, though.

Not a big enough baseball fan to spend money on tickets and watch a whole game. If we were to play a game that would be different. Have fun without me. =)

OOhh. That is the weekend just before Max takes the Bar Exam. He is going to be so bummed.

I'll have to give it some thought before your deadline. Not sure I can commit to that this far in advance.

Just me and Smiley so far huh?

Well, I think between the two of us, we can finish a whole keg. Hell, come on down Smiley, and lets call it a date. :)

I wasn't really going for the baseball anyway. More for the social hour. I suppose there are worse things than drinking beer with Buddha Bear. :)

I love the Tigers! They are keeping the Royals out of the basement.
Sorry, I didn't mean to interrupt the romance.

Hey Buddha Bear! The Tigers are only 4 games behind the Indians. Just thought I'd throw that out.

My company, as part of the 40th anniversay celebration, is buying the entire company (180+ people) tickets to a Tigers-Indians game in August.

I don't like baseball, I'm going for the free beer on the bus. :)

Those types of group outings can be fun. I'm going for a work thing, too. For the Det-Cleve game, we have a suite rented... It'll be full of beer and food.

We did this last year and had a blast!
