Jack D 'n Coke... in the mood for something sweet.

I'll switch to Ketel One and Tonic as the evening progresses.

I prefer gin with my tonic. If I want sweet I'll have Grand Marnier.

I switch-hit between Ketel One and Tanquery with tonic. They are both on the sweet side. It's just a matter of whether or not I am feeling like a little Gin. The Gin seems to hit me harder. It's slightly more powerful but I think I mix them a little stronger because it is so aromatic.

Gin has juniper berries which can cause greater intoxication in some people, some say worse hangovers, but never bothered me.

That's damn interesting and explains quite a few black areas in my memory that I thought should not be there...

Personally I like the juniper flavor, vodka seems more blah to me.

It's really hard to beat a good, old fashioned beer.

However, there's "beer", and then there's "panther pis$" cheapo stuff. (can I have a Tecate, please?)

I'm having a Corona with no lime. This is, IMHO, a really good, "general-purpose" beer! :)

Here, I just popped the cork on a pretty good Chardonnay from Chile. My wife usually picks out really bad wine, she did pretty good this time. I may soak the label off that Cycles Gladiator.

That Smithwicks is great stuff Sass. I got some last weekend.

I have found a great drink. I mix tequila and lime/lemon Chrystal Lite 50/50 and then give a good healthy squirt of lime juice over ice. Awesome and sugar free!

Pathman, I adore old label art like that. Very pretty label there. One I'd be tempted to buy even if it held Heffer Wizzen.
