They are currently plowing Tioga Pass now. It should be done by Memorial weekend.

As for how long it takes, figure about 1.5 hours from the Highway 140 entrance to Tioga Pass.”

You might want to keep checking Yosemite Road Conditions Update. There hasn't been a lot of snow this year, so maybe they will get it done early. If I find out any more info, I'll pass it on.”

“395 Should be fine. Forgot about the Caltrans Website. Just enter the highway number in the "Search Box".”

“Taken from the Yosemite Daily Report dated 5-17-02:

Tioga Pass Road will open at noon on Wednesday, May 22nd for visitors. It is
currently open only for administrative traffic.

Glacier Point Road will open to the public on Friday, May 17th at 9 AM.
Administrative traffic is currently be allowed up.”
