Which Do You Think Is Better??
I'm looking at upgrading the old sleeping bag situation. I have it narrowed down to the following, based on price, weight, etc. :

The Polar Pod:
https://www.rei.com/cgi-bin/ncommerce3/ProductDisplay?prmenbr=8000&prrfnbr=11435605

Or the REI Shasta, which is on sale:

I have looked at both today. I'm leaning Shasta. What do you guys think??

The Shasta looks like the best value for your money *and* weight. I'd go with that.

I've been disappointed with some of the REI gear, especially tents. If you crawl inside of them they seem to not as well made as others. And I bypassed their bags for a Cat's Meow.

Thanks for the input, everyone. I noticed that the Shasta in the REI store did not reflect the sale price I found at the REI website. I hope they honor it. I printed off a copy of the listing to take to the store tomorrow, just in case. After returns, a little unexpected rebate, this should should be pretty near to no outta pocket cash.
