NAOR Mountain

“Naor Mountain?.. That's Roan Mountain backwards. We are considering a trip BACK to Roan Mt in October, depending on interest.

Last year we did it from Carvers Gap to US19E. This October, we want to do the 2500' climb FIRST.

Overnight camping will be on TOP of 'Big Hump.' (Yes, there is NO water on top, but we can always fill up at Doll Flats.)

Itinerary to be completed determined, but wanted to see first who might want to make this trip if we set it up.

Roan Mt is in Tennessee, extreme East.. just south of Johnson City.. look for community of Hampton, Elizabethton, etc.. and look for Roan Mt SP.. (a really NICE place to basecamp)
