“Has anyone had an opportunity to try one of these tents out yet? Pros/cons? What/where was best price found? Vestibule big enough to cover pack and boots?”

“i haven't used it but i did happen to see it the other day. i've got another eureka tent. little heavy but always kept me dry”

“I have two Eureka tents, one for backpacking one for car camping. I will think twice or thrice, before I buy another Eureka. When I've had to pack them up damp, the rain fly shrinks so that by the time we tried to set them up at night poles, hooks get bent trying to put the rain fly on. One time, car camping, had to dig out the plyers to put on the rain fly.”

“oh yea i forgot to mention that i won't buy another eureka. as i gain more experience i learn that the expensive stuff is expensive for a reason. USUALLY, not always but it's an ok rule to go by.”
