It was a good 4 day trip, then went to do some white water. it was a good trip this winter i think im gonna do the entire florida trail has anyone here done it before. ive only done bits and pieces and it seemed like a fun trail. I wanted to know how long it would take around weve averaged in florida doing 20 miles a day averging we could do more if we tryed i bet. if you can help thanks

Thru-hike A/T all winter
An interesting note: In March I met a coupla thru-hikers on a local section of the A/T (NY).I was only crossing the A/T on another trail, but we stopped and enjoyed some swag together. They told us that after having left GA at T'giving (they took a 3-week break w/ friends in DC, they had to use crampons only occasionally (no snowshoes anywhere). What an extraordinary winter, or lack of , it was.
