When I was there
I went to Dolly Sods and Otter Creek Wilderness. I'd recommend those.

Toejams's recommendations are excellent. Also, Laurel Fork Wilderness (north and south) has a linear trail that can be linked with side trails and other routes for circuits. There is also the Seneca Creek Trail, North Fork Mountain Trail, and the ever-popular trail network to the High Falls. Canaan Mountain Loop Road accesses other trails.
In the southern Monongahela there is the Cranberry Backcountry witha trail network.
The Monongahela is crawling with trails for virtually any kind of hike you want to take.
Do you want to camp overnight or just day hike?
Do you want to hike in, set up camp, then day hike?
Where are you living?
