Kayaking down the Susquehanna..

“Hey everyone,
I've been lurking around and haven't posted much. RIght now I'm working at a an outdoors good store in the Baltimore area (i can't say the name for contractual reasons)...i'm guessing that "contractual" is a word, and not what happens when giving birth. Anyway, If anyone is interested, I'm thinking about kayaking or canoeing down the Susquehanna at the end of summer. It takes about 30 days I hear. From Lake Otsego, NY to the Chesapeake Bay. If anyone wants to join my for part of it, let me know.
Also, does anyone know when the Maryland Challenge Race is? It's all 40 miles of the Maryland AT in one day. If anyone wants to join me for it or for doing the challenge another day, let me know. I'd like to meet some of you folks. I've done the Challenge from North to South (Pen-Mar to Harper's Ferry) and I'd like to try it the other way. Gotta climb Weverton Cliffs at dawn instead of descending them at dusk..

“you'll enjoy the stretch between towanda and pittston. very scenic, many cliffs and mountains rise from the river, not overly developed. likely to have the river to yourself, unlike the delaware.”
